Le Monde Pinot Grigio (2025) is a premium, characterful white wine from the Friuli Grave region of Northeast Italy. Unlike generic, mass-produced Italian Pinot Grigios that can skew watery and simple, Le Monde crafts a far more aromatic, textured, and complex wine. This richness stems from their unique calcareous clay soils and an extended 8-to-10-hour cold skin maceration (pellicular maceration) before pressing.
