Product Detail
Mary Taylor Agenais Rosé (2025) is a crisp, vibrant, and mineral-driven French rosé sourced from the Lot-et-Garonne area in Southwest France. Formulated by importer Mary Taylor and grower Christophe Avi—a dedicated biodynamic farmer—this sustainable wine is a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc
Tasting Profile
  • Aroma: Highly aromatic nose driven by minerally orange blossom, lime leaf, wet stone, and fresh redcurrants.
  • Palate: Very fresh and lively with a core of zesty citrus, wild strawberry, and green apple. Thanks to its Cabernet backbone, it possesses a notable "grip" (tannic texture) and excellent structural tension.
  • Finish: Dry, clean, and refreshing with a lingering pop of sea salt, lime zest, and wet gravel.

Food Pairings

  • Feta and olive flatbread
  • Pork sausages with shallots
  • Grilled chicken skewers
  • Charcuterie boards with brie
  • Watermelon and mint salad
  • Fish tacos with lime cabbage slaw
